    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing our website and using our services at 911 Sourcing (DBA 911 Salt Supply and 911 Plant Finder), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

    2. Services Provided

    We provide logistics, freight brokerage, and sourcing services for bulk de-icing materials and wholesale nursery plants. All quotes provided are estimates until confirmed by dispatch.

    3. Delivery and Freight

    Delivery times are estimates and subject to weather conditions, carrier availability, and force majeure events. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from delayed deliveries.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment terms are determined upon account approval. Standard terms require payment upon delivery unless net terms have been established prior to dispatch.

    5. Liability

    Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the freight and materials provided. We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    6. Refunds and Damages

    All sales are final and no refunds are provided. As we act strictly as an intermediary, we are not responsible for any damage to products received. However, we are committed to acting in our customers' best interest and will assist in resolving any such issues with the appropriate responsible party.

    7. Privacy and Information Sharing

    We do not provide customer information to third parties, except to freight companies to arrange delivery of your orders, and if legally required. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

    8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

    By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS communications from 911 Sourcing regarding quotes, orders, and logistics updates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our SMS service.
